Mindful Eating 101 takes a whole body-mind approach to  promote healthy eating behaviors, encourage weight control, prevent chronic disease, and foster a healthful relationship with food.  Our physical and emotional health are tied together and we’ll achieve true wellness when we align them in a natural way.  My idea for this program was to help DIYers, who in just 30 days, can become more mindful while gaining nutritional strategies for a long term sustainable lifestyle and its totally FREE!
